The rental rate is calculated on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis. However, a fee is charged for periods from 1 hour to 8 hours after the required time, which is referred to as ADDITIONAL TIME.

Additional hours shall be charged according to the daily rate schedule for each hour. 8 additional hours will be considered as a full day’s rental. The mentioned rates are subject to change without prior notice.

The rental rate includes full indemnity for unintentional damage to third-party property and bodily injury.

However, the renter is always responsible for an amount equal to the excess clause not exceeding as per the schedule below :

The renter is fully responsible for damage resulting from unlawful acts, negligence, careless actions, flat tires, burst tires, fuel errors, electrical shortages due to forgetting to turn off electrical appliances, loss or damage to vehicle accessories, and damage to windows, mirrors, and the bottom of the car.

If an accident or damage to the vehicle is caused by a third-party vehicle, then the renter is responsible for obtaining all the third-party details, such as the vehicle registration number, driver’s name, and driver’s license number. If claims cannot be made against third-party insurance, all damages will be borne by the renter, subject to the excess clause as stated in term and condition number 3.

The renter is required to inform our company and make a police report within 24 hours from the time of the accident or from the time you discover the theft or loss and obtain a written police report.

The renter is responsible for all parking fees or Traffic/JPJ/DBKK fines incurred during the rental period. No refunds for any cancellations/amendments. Any amendment date and car type are subject to availability.

The rental area is within a 200km radius from Kota Kinabalu City. Driving more than 200km from Kota Kinabalu will incur an additional charge of RM200, subject to company approval.

Additional charges will apply if the return location is different from the pickup location.

200km – 350km : RM500
350km – 650km : RM650
